IT Deployment Services involve the process and associated steps to take a Client from the point of contract signing to launch, as below:

• IT Launch Services provide integration and testing of the business application in the outsourced environment.
• IT Build Services includes the planning, design, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software. Mental Model delivers build services in two phases, the Design Phase and the Build Phase. During the Design Phase, Mental Model will work with Client to understand their requirements and develop environment architecture and a detailed project plan. In the Build Phase, Mental Model will install all required hardware and software based on the environment’s unique architecture.
